a. REAL ESTATE INVESTIGATION (due diligence)
The investigation will be held in the public registry of property and commerce of the state of Quintana Roo, Mexico. The result of such investigation will determine the legal status of any property.
SekuraLaw will elaborate a title report for you.
b. COMMITMENT AGREEMENT (Promissory Agreement)
SekuraLaw will elaborate the purchase and sale commitment agreement.
c. TRUST (FIDEICOMISO)
SekuraLaw’s responsibility will be the coordination and formalization of such trust through a Mexican bank.
d. TITLE (PUBLIC DEED)
The execution of the title always has to be done with a notary public. In Mexico the title is known as “Escritura Pública”.
e. RECORDED TITLE
SekuraLaw will provide the certified copy of the Escritura Pública after its execution by all the parties. 2 months later the original Escritura Pública will be duly recorded in the public registry of property and commerce of the state of Quintana Roo, Mexico, with the corresponding “Boleta de Registro”.
